PRICING:  

  • HAVE A ROOM BOOKED IN YOUR NAME?  You will receive one space free if you also have an entry.  One add'l space available for $60.  Room reservation will be verified.
  • ARE YOU AN ADD'L PERSON STAYING AT HOTEL?  You may reserve up to two spaces at $60 each.  YOUR NAME MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE HOTEL RESERVATION TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT.  Room reservation will be verified. 
  • HAVE AN RV PARKING RESERVATION?  You may reserve up to 2 spaces at $60 each.  Reservation will be verified.
  • NOT STAYING AT HOST HOTEL - $85 per space
  • EACH SPACE (6 FT. W by 8 FT D.) accommodates TWO 28" x 48" crates
  • Exhibitors will need to provide extension cords.
  • Effort will be made to honor requests to be set up next to another exhibitor.  
           Exhibitor needs to submit reservation form to ensure notification of the request.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Excursion - DEADLINE WEDS, 9/27

Cost:  $55.00 per person (includes admission & all transportation costs)
LIMITED TO 24 PARTICIPANTS

We will be offering this excursion (minimum of 15 to maximum of 24 participants) on a 1st reserved, 1st served basis.  Excursion subject to cancellation if minimum is NOT met.  If cancelled refunds will be made.


Transportation by passenger vans will leave the hotel at 1:00 pm for the one-hour trip.  We will have three hours to tour the facility before returning to the hotel at 6:00 pm.
